LTU Technologies has opening for a talented and enthusiastic individual in its Professional Services Team based in downtown Washington DC.
Candidate must have the following skills:
- A sales oriented mind with a strong, hands-on, technical background in IT and software
- Professional experience in pre-sales and customers management on a technical level
- Strong experience in technical project management
- Problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Intermediate level in programming scripts (bash scripts, Perl, PHP, HTML, XML)
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP network administration in Linux and Unix environments
- Basic knowledge of database administration (install a database, set default parameters, PL/SQL)
- Basic knowledge of French and/or Japanese is a plus.
- US citizenship is required
Responsibilities include:
- Management of customer accounts, from pre-sales to support. This includes specification, management and delivery of large customization / integration / deployment projects. This also includes onsite installation, support or audit missions in collaboration with our clients’ technical staff.
- Support of our deployed solutions: analyze problems and quickly take appropriate decisions to fix them. Work will be done in collaboration with the Product Development Team.
- Management and growth of the Professional Services team in Washington DC: hire additional consultants and manage them. Manage and report for the activity of the whole team.
- Reports to the CTO.
The minimum qualifications are:
- BS required, MSc is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years technical work experience in a team environment as field engineering and technical development
