Noboru Nakatani


Chairman

Noboru Nakatani, Chairman of LTU technologies S.A.S., also serves as President of JASTEC International, Inc. in New York, U.S.A., the holding company of LTU technologies S.A.S. and a 100% subsidiary of JASTEC Co., Ltd., a leading software developer in Tokyo, Japan (Tokyo Stock Exchange Symbol: 9717). Prior to joining JASTEC, Noboru spent nearly two years at Deloitte & Touche LLP Strategic Consulting Practice in New York. Before joining Deloitte & Touche, Noboru spent 12 years with Canon, Inc. as R&D Department Manager with Canon Research Centre France, S.A., Senior Product Development Engineer at Canon Headquarters in Tokyo, and Production Engineer at Canon Bretagne, S.A. in France. Noboru holds an MBA degree from UCLA Anderson School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering degree from Keio University, Japan. He is fluent in Japanese, English and French, and an inventor of five granted U.S. patents.


Alexandre Winter, Ph.D.


CEO & Co-Founder

Prior to starting LTU, Alex worked as a researcher at the Image and Multimedia Indexing Group at INRIA where he developed a new technology that enables object detection and retrieval in the image description engine. He brought to INRIA and LTU his experience working as an engineer at Aerospatiale-Matra, the leading European company in aeronautics, aerospace and defense manufacturing. Alexandre received his Ph.D. with honors in Image Processing from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Telecommunications in Paris. He graduated from ENST with a major in Image Processing.


Catherine Faure


CFO

Catherine has 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry. For 9 years, she served as the VP of Finance for Genset, a listed, cutting-edge biotech company, acquired by Serono in 2002. She participated in the development of Genset from the start-up phase of a few founders to the international group of 500 employees. In particular, she had a direct experience in creating Genset subsidiaries and in preparing a dual listing on Nasdaq and Nouveau Marché . She received a Master's degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.


Frédéric Jahard


CTO

Frédéric joined LTU in 2001 as Business Development Engineer and then was designated VP Engineering in 2004 and CTO in 2007. Prior to LTU, he was Product Development Manager with MATRAnet, a software company specialized in providing security solutions including VPN, firewalls and SSO. He also worked with French car maker PSA (Peugeot Citroen) on advanced night vision systems. Frédéric is a graduate of ENST (Telecom Paris), one of the leading French engineering schools, with a major in image processing.


P. Kevin Smith


VP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing

Prior to joining LTU, Kevin spent over 10 years in various sales and delivery roles with global system integrators Accenture and Computer Sciences Corporation. Most recently, Kevin was responsible for CSC’s Federal Case Management practice. In that role, he marketed value-added strategic solutions leveraging partnerships with key technology vendors and his deep Public Sector domain expertise. He had previously spent over five years delivering Enforcement, Investigative, and Customer case management solutions to both Private and Public Sector clients. Kevin has significant technical skill and domain expertise and is a proud alumnus of Morehouse College.
