We respect the privacy of everyone who uses the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site” or “Our Site”) and only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here and in a manner that is compatible with our obligations and your rights under the law. This Privacy Policy only applies to your use of Our Site.

You will receive a reply in the month following your request; however, this period may be extended to two months in the event of a complex request and/or too many requests.

We do not charge processing fees for access requests. However, we reserve the right to charge processing fees for additional copies of information already provided to you, or for requests that are clearly unfounded or excessive, particularly when such requests are repetitive.

  • How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep your data in compliance with the applicable regulations and legal requirements; these periods are proportional to the purposes of the processing:

  • The data collected via the contact form (or demo request), the downloads of white papers and ebooks, are kept for a maximum of 5 years from the date of receipt;
  • Log data is kept for 6 months.
  • The data necessary for audience statistics are kept for 25 months in a form that does not allow people to be identified by their IP address, and include an identifier (relating to the cookies) kept for a maximum period of 6 months unless the person concerned objects to it.

At the end of the period thus fixed, and depending on the case, the personal data will be subject to one of the following measures in compliance with the applicable regulations:
